The Weeping Angels are ancient humanoid beings, they are supposed to be older than time itself. They appear statue like and cover their faces as if they are weeping, but really they are only covering up because if they see themselves they would be trapped for all entirnety as just a statue, the angels are Quantum Locked meaning they can only move when no other creatures can see them.when they touch a human, the human gets sent back in time and may live till death, while the vile angels eat the human's time energy, however when they fail to collect energy they go to more violent.
